We are looking for an energetic, people oriented individual to join us as a Benefits Administrative Assistant. It is an exciting time for Human Resources at ConAm. We are implementing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system to streamline processes and to consolidate different systems into one main repository. Ideal candidates will be able to engage in the benefits design of the HCM and work with several other HR modules in the system.
The primary responsibilities of this position include benefits data entry/enrollment processing, report management and distribution, leave of absence administration and responding to employee benefit/hr inquiries. Additional responsibilities include department mail distribution and filing. The position reports to the HR Management team.
We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, team-oriented individual who is accountable and deadline oriented. This position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, DocuSign and Outlook. Bilingual in any language and experience with an HRIS is a plus. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

- Is extremely detail oriented with strong analytical and strong administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high change environment
