Assistant Project Manager - Redevelopment

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in redevelopment construction project management and planning for several multi-family renovation and capital improvement projects. This will include preparing, disseminating and analyzing bid packages to insure their quality, completeness and comparative value. In this role you will also maintain project progress information, ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, safe and secure, and prepare cost data for project control analysis and reporting.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry or 3 years experience in the construction industry with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. Redevelopment experience is preferred. Computer literacy is required and a four year degree is strongly preferred.
