We are currently searching for a Software Quality Associate to be based in our Arlington, VA corporate headquarters.

The Role

As a Software Quality Associate I, you will be primarily responsible for testing product/software enhancements for release. This includes:

  • Develop and execute test plans and scriptsas directed; documentstest results
  • Gathers product/software requirements to convert business requirements and needs into software solutions
  • Performs minor design and configuration changes utilizing GUI interface and modification of workflow
  • Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to resolve product/software defects to improve product configurationidentified in the testing process
  • Serves as tier two support; handles escalations and determines best solutions to resolve issues
  • Assists in the deployment of regularly scheduled product/software releases

You Have...

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years applicable experience

Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technologypreferred

  • Knowledge of product/software testing practices and procedures
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Knowledge ofstandard SOX principles preferred
  • Familiarity with various applications such asQuickbase, ServiceNow, GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Office Suite
