The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall operations of each community within the assigned conventional portfolio. Our Regional Portfolio Managers are strong, dynamic leaders with a strong focus on coaching performance that drives employee and resident satisfaction; leading to financial results As a Regional Manager, you will provide direction to your property management leadership team and will be accountable for your portfolio’s overall business results.

As a Regional Manager, your days will be fast-paced, and challenging. You will monitor a wide array of performance metrics, implement strategies to meet operational and leasing goals, analyze and respond to changing market conditions, and identify areas for improvement. You will direct operational, sales, and maintenance initiatives throughout your Seattle, WA portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years multi-site portfolio management and supervisory experience
  • Experience dealing with complex operational matters
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal and presenting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with community teams and peers
  • Demonstrated personnel management skills
  • Demonstrated property budget experience
  • Positive track record of employee development and engagement
  • Proven performer with a reputation for results and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office software knowledge

Must Haves (non-negotiable)

  • State of Washington Real Estate License (or able to obtain one within 75 days)
  • Valid Driver License and Proof of automobile insurance coverage

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • ARM / CPM designation
  • Yardi software knowledge
