WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a National Director of Education to join our education team. This position will be based anywhere on the West Coast and supporting all our regions.
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
- Reports to Executive VP of Property Management
- Responsible for direct oversight of all Regional Directors of Education (RDE’s)
- Responsible for policy/procedure content updates and rollouts for Property Management Division
- Collaborates with internal dept. leaders of Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and Risk Management
- Ensures curriculum for courses meets industry standards and is in compliance with local, state, and national laws
- Provides guidance and mentoring to direct reports as well as property mgmt. associates
- Develops educational career path for internal promotion opportunities and employee development
- Elevates the educators, through one on one mentoring and provides industry and job related opportunities to hone skillsets and learning path of team
- Manages learning tool vendors, contracts, and costs
- Develops and maintains an annual budget for department
- Travels throughout the ConAm geography footprint to attend live classes with RDE’s and provide executive education support to all regions
- Works with Director of Operations to deploy new initiatives
- Works with EVP on special projects
