Application Support Analyst - IT Department, Corporate

Irvine, CA

JOB SUMMARY:

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for administering business applications including: Yardi, On-Site, and PayLease, and is accountable for testing new process changes to the applications. The Analyst will interact with Associates and Managers, as well as necessary individuals within the Information Technology Department. 

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Administers permissions on business applications: Yardi, On-Site, PayLease.
  • Understands business functions/divisions, business management issues and data analysis to analyzes and document business requirements for projects.
  • Identifies opportunities to leverage technology within business applications.
  • Assists with testing and documenting new products and solutions.
  • Preforms analysis of current systems and special projects.
  • Supports multiple business areas and integration points.
  • Answers and addresses incoming Helpdesk emails and phone calls regarding application issues.
  • Obtains details regarding the application issues and forwards the call to the appropriate individual within the department to ensure adequate customer service.
  • Responds to site inquiries about programs and policies related to software.
  • Opens, tracks and closes trouble tickets and communicates status updates and requests, to the customer. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 2 years of Yardi experience.
  • Familiarity with On-Site and PayLease.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and get along with others including: peers, site personnel, corporate personnel and owners.
  • Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity and confidentiality in all areas of performance.
  • Projects a professional image and demeanor.
  • Understands, applies and supports all company policies and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with property management.
