Human Resources Manager

Seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resource Manager!

Continental Properties Company, Inc. is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Human Resource Manager at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of HR programs and activities related to recruitment, employer branding, on boarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, and policy/program development.  This position will have the opportunity to assess HR-related needs within the organization and help design services and solutions that reflect Continental’s business objectives.

 What you will do:

  • Manage, mentor and develop HR team members.
  • Lead and facilitate the learning and development of all Continental team members from onboarding to midcareer, managerial and leadership development.
  • Support the seamless delivery of compliance, compensation and employee benefits related programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of employer branding and social media initiatives to successfully attract and acquire top talent.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of talent management programs; to include the resolution of complex employee relation issues.

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources required, an MBA and/or HR certifications a plus.
  • Five (5) plus years of progressive HR experience, including two (2) years of managerial experience.
  • Exceptional skill level in sizing up talent, identifying strengths and weaknesses; experience developing this skillset with others.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in talent management and employee relations.
  • Leadership; unrivaled work ethic, excellent priority setting and decision-making skills, empowerment and mentorship of others.
  • Approachable; exemplary communication and relationship building skills, able to interact with and motivate others to optimal performance.
  • Trustworthy; able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all job-related matters.
