E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company in Culver City, CA. We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and work at our 690-unit apartment community located in Culver City. The Maintenance Tech III is a hands-on position, responsible for all physical operations of the apartment community, including but not limited to, completing service requests, apartment turn-over, and troubleshoot and repair all mechanical systems.  You will supervise and motivate service staff and present a professional, efficient attitude in remedying any resident complaint to ensure resident satisfaction.  Schedule vendor and staff. 
 
You must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including apartment turn-over, plumbing, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roofs, and life safety equipment.  
3 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 4 or more years in related fields.  1 year supervisory experience of one or more employees.  Basic knowledge of computer skills including Word processing, email and Excel.  Must be available for weekend work and emergency service call duties.  Must have own hand tools.
