Key Responsibilities
The Housekeeper performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property. This person in this position is responsible for cleaning the office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, community restrooms, model apartment, vacant apartments and property common areas per schedule in order to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents.
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
We are currently hiring a full time Housekeeper/Porter/Groundskeeper for our 276 unit apartment community located in Costa Mesa, Ca.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of prior work experience
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Minimum High School Degree, or equivalent
Computer literacy is Microsoft Suite, ability to learn new computer programs
To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily
Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids, materials and tools
Demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a variety of practical situations and follow procedures
Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors and corporate department.
