Property Maintenance Technician

Seeking someone with a variety of handyman skills who has a car and owns basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided for your use.) We do maintenance on properties in San Francisco as well as some East Bay and South Bay. English speaking/writing is required. Some of the tasks assigned include: Light carpentry Light plumbing Drywall Light electrical Flooring Painting Installations Troubleshooting You will work independently at various locations but you will have a supervisor you can call if you need assistance. You will be reimbursed for gas/travel expenses. We are continuously hiring for this position but we have a lot of work orders at this time and we would like to hire at least two technicians who are able to start ASAP. This job is Monday thru Friday starting at 8am. Punctuality and dependability is a must!
