E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to work at our Corporate Office in Los Angeles.  The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager of Financial Reporting in the preparation, review and interpretation of financial reports, cash flow projections, etc. 

Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree or greater in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or similar Business-related field, two or more years of strong experience in property management analytic reporting, and a knowledge base of full-cycle general ledger accounting level or higher.  Proven advanced Excel skills and strong accounting principles are also required.  The successful candidate will possess the ability to interface with upper level management, work in fast-paced environments, and manage simultaneous deadlines with a high level of accuracy and detail.
