We are currently searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant on a full time basis. Qualified candidates will be ambitious, self-starters with excellent communication skills, and proven records of outstanding customer service/sales experience.
The Leasing Consultant's primary responsibilities include:
*Coordinating and conducting tours of the property *Completing reference checks on potential residents *Preparing leases and move-in paperwork *Scheduling resident move-ins *Compiling marketing results *Other administrative and sales duties
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year prior leasing experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Social networking savvy a must
* Entrata experience a plus
* Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act
* Committed to providing above average results daily
* Ability to multitask
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Must be proficient with the internet in order to create marketing materials
* Must be available to work weekends
* Professional image
