Vacancy Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:  Primarily responsible for preparing vacant apartment units between tenancies.    

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

• Painting
• Priming
• Plastering
• Grouting
• Caulking
• Texturing walls and ceilings
• Setting up, cleaning, and breaking down paint equipment
• Install door hardware
• Install lighting fixtures
• Install plumbing fixtures
• General Cleaning
 

QUALIFICATIONS: Employees in this job category are expected to have a minimum of two years experience and knowledge  performing the primary duties and responsibilities listed above.  Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., (can be up to 90 lbs. at times.) Travel between properties might be required. English fluency is a requirement..
