Greystar 2019 Summer Intern Rotational Program
You are a rising Junior embarking on your Senior year and desire a meaningful Summer Internship learning experience that will jump start your career! At Greystar, you will have the opportunity to roll-up your sleeves and gain real-life exposure in property management operations through our unique Intern rotation program.

Internship locations for SoCal include: San Diego, Los Angeles, South Orange County, and Rancho Cucamonga and is a paid 12-week program running from June 3, 2019 – August 16, 2019.

You will have hands-on access to your own Mentor to learn about:
- The importance of building relationships and fostering customer satisfaction.
- What it takes to manage a physical real estate asset, control operating costs, and discover how a well-maintained community drives customer satisfaction and builds brand loyalty.
- The financial administration and the critical systems necessary for managing the resident life cycle: marketing, rent collections, financial reporting, and resident relations.
- The impact of financial management, property inspections, client relations, vendor management, and the importance of leading a community team.
- How compliance, product knowledge, market share/pricing, and competition impact our assets.
- The role various corporate support services play in our overall success.
Your qualifications will include:
- Current candidate for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate/Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field with a final graduation date between December 2019 and May 2020.
- Available to work full time hours (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship and have a career interest in Property Management.
- Team player with a professional and polished presentation with the drive to provide a superior customer experience.
