Resident Apartment Manager

We are seeking an Apartment Manager to supervise an apartment community located in the city of Ridgecrest, California. This is a part time position and the employee is required to live on site. 

Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service to our valued residents, collecting rent,  scheduling and monitoring a part time maintenance worker and vendors, leasing units, preparing and serving reports and  notices, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years recent experience as manager or assistant manager of at least 50 apartment units in the state of California is required. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in California Landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws, and basic property management forms.

Basic computer skills, organizational abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills are required.
