Recruiting and Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers with the recruiting process.
• Work with recruiting vendors and department manager to ensure recruiting processes are effective
• Help build and grow brand equity by managing online reviews and reputation.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees and internal promotions.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Management or related subject area
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in recruiting, marketing or branding
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
