E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to handle all the day-to-day operations of our 168 units apartment community located in Los Angeles, CA! As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing company objectives and operating budgets, monitoring leasing activity and all administrative office functions, marketing, analyzing financial reports, preparing monthly variance reports, and supervising and developing staff. 
A minimum of 2 years of business management experience required.  Qualified candidates must have knowledge of budgets and financial statements.  Experience in direct supervision of staff of two or more. Sales and marketing experience.  Working knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management.  Computerized accounting experience, word processing, excel, and type 40 wpm.  YARDI and Yieldstar experience is a plus. ARM,CCR, or CAM preferred.
