The Regional Director of Education is responsible for organizing, scheduling and enthusiastically facilitating training sessions in support of the business objectives for our community associates. The RDE will be considered a resource for ConAm associates and will be responsible for training all skill levels, from new hires to experienced managers on topics including sales, core leasing, customer service, marketing and operational procedures.

 

As a Regional Director of Education, your days will be fast-paced, and challenging. You will facilitate training programs via appropriate presentation method, including live instructor-led, webinar, team or one-on-one training. You will effectively communicate and work with regional and community leaders; making appropriate travel and training location arrangements; preparing participant and facilitator materials; sending training invitations and tracking attendance; sending post-training surveys; providing feedback to community and regional leaders. You will maintain a high level of industry-specific knowledge through professional development and contribute to additional projects as needed. Travel is required; Position located within Sacramento area, but services Reno to Bay Area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education / training
  • Minimum of 2 years in property management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal and presenting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with community teams and peers
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and rollout portfolio of classes via live, video and webinar methods
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Positive track record of employee development and engagement
  • Proven analytical skills with independent and collaborative ability to problem solve
  • Proven performer with a reputation for results and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office, and InDesign software knowledge

 

Must Haves (non-negotiable)

  • Valid Driver License and Proof of automobile insurance coverage

 

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
