North Hills Apartments located in Fullerton, offers an outstanding opportunity to work at its 204 unit Family Affordable Housing Community. Main responsibilities include; renting/leasing apartments, screening residential applicants, i.e., verifying income, assets, employment, etc., along with promoting outstanding customer service.
Experience:
Selected individual must have previous leasing and/or strong administrative experience, with the ability to perform administrative duties with an attention to detail and possess outstanding communications and customer service skills. A working knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs to include Tax Credit and Bond programs highly preferred; however, not required. English/Spanish Bi-lingual skills highly preferred.
This is a Full Time position with a hourly rate of $20.00 to $24.00. We offer full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid Holidays and vacation benefits plus more!!!
Education/Training
High School Diploma or GED
Fair Housing and Section 42 Training, a plus.
