The Opportunity:
You will play an important role in maintaining a safe environment, as well as, a luxurious appearance of the community for our residents. Greystar consists of Team Members that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. We provide HVAC Universal and CPO certification training along with national career growth opportunities.
The Responsibilities:
As a Service professional, you will resolve maintenance issues, complete preventative maintenance, and maintain attractive, clean grounds and common areas. You will prepare vacated apartments for new residents by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
The Qualifications:
Minimum of one-year previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required; 6+ months apartment maintenance experience preferred.
A passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
