Management Coordinator

Greystar, the world's leading multifamily real estate services company with over 491,000 apartment units under management globally, has an immediate opening for a Management Coordinator to join our Regional team in Greenwood Village, CO.
The Management Coordinator works at the Regional Office and works closely with the Directors, Regional Property Managers, Community Managers and the entire Regional team on various important tasks to help our entire team. A general list of job duties is below but the position does much more than this and is someone who wears many hats to help the entire team.
The Management Coordinator should excel at the following skills: multi-tasking, flexibility, ability to stay calm and focused in a deadline situation, being trustworthy, detail oriented and dependable. Must be able to handle a fast pace environment and be able to manage your tasks and deadlines independently as your Supervisors are often away from the office. Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player, being able to work well with others and having a willingness to chip in and help where needed to get the job done.
Must have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks well and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong skills in Excel and be able to create spreadsheets from scratch and write formulas. Must have working knowledge of PowerPoint as you will occasionally work on presentations.
Experience in the apartment industry preferred but not required. If no experience in the industry, experience doing administrative work or working in an office setting is required. Many of our Management Coordinators are former Leasing Professionals or Assistant Managers and this provides a good head start on understanding the job requirements.
Education
High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
Qualifications
- Help prepare operating reports sent to owners monthly & weekly
- Internal/External communication with vendors, properties, owners
- Helping Regional Property Managers with any tasks needed to help the team
- Contract preparation
- Market Surveys
- Handle resident issues
- On-boarding / Off-boarding assistance
- Help visiting properties and help with miscellaneous tasks when needed
- Due Diligence and Auditing help
- Meeting coordination for Manager’s Meetings, client events, etc.
- Travel Management & Booking
- Submit Regional Property Manager’s expenses
- Report preparation for owner visits
- Help planning company events and help organize Regional programs
- Help cover for other team members
- Help assist Support Depts such as Marketing, Education, Regional Maintenance, Recruiting
