Apartment Porter - Full Time

Provides outstanding customer service at all times.

Maintains daily cleaning log.

Cleans lobbies and entryways, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and all common areas.

Dusts furnishings, mops floors, cleans windows, and removes trash from the common areas.

Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays. Cleans dumpster area.

Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Performs light maintenance when required.

Other duties as assigned.
