Property Manager

Mutual Housing Management is seeking an experienced full time Property Manager for Mutual Housing California's affordable multifamily property in City of Davis. The Property Manager reports to the Regional Manager, and is responsible for all rent collection, maintenance, administrative, and marketing duties necessary to sustain quality affordable housing. Tax Credit knowledge and a minimum two years of affordable housing experience are required.

This position is full time, offsite and with full benefits. The property is a small 40-70 unit community located in Davis CA.
