ESTABLISHED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY seeks responsible experienced On-site Resident Manager comes with good salary and benefits.
Job Requirements
- Energetic, hard working
- Min 5 years experience with minimum 100 unit building, preference given to candidates with at least 5 years experience with single building.
- Must have good credit, no bankruptcy, and no eviction record.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Sun Valley and Eagle Rock Area
- Section 8 experienced a plus! Some experience with Tax Credit Buildings required.
- Maintain high occupancy
