Access Control / CCTV Technician

BASIC PURPOSE:
Provides preventive maintenance and repairs to communities related to controlled access gates and doors as well as video surveillance systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs installations and repairs of access control and video surveillance systems for communities through Service Now.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of parts, supplies and materials while on job site. Ensures all parts, supplies and materials are properly stored.
- Maintains work orders in Yardi for all community support efforts.
- Travels to all Florida and Georgia communities as required.
- Maintains a proper accounting of all travel and expenses, and consistently completes associated documentation in accordance to company policy.
