Maintenance Technician needed for a 260+ unit multifamily property. Two years apartment maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to work cohesively with a team and be available on-call for after-hours emergencies. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred. Competitive Salary and Benefits.
