Culligan Management Company was first founded as Culligan Development Company in the 1930's. Over the years the Company has continued its founding principle of providing excellence in acquistion, development and asset management. Properties under management include office space, neighborhood shopping centers, self storage and apartment communities primarily in the San Francisco Peninsula area. All of our apartment communities were built by Culligan Development and have been in our portfolio for over 30 years. We offer a small, friendly working environment with approximately 20 employees.
