57 Unit Complex in Downtown L.A. currently seeking Onsite Property Manager (couples ok). This is a live on property position for a highly experienced individual.
Responsibilities
Rent Collection, Notices (3DN, Maintenance, Inspection, Eviction, etc.) Showing Vacancies and Starting Application Process General Property Upkeep and addressing Residential Complaints
Deal with Maintenance Personnel and Contractors
Minimum 4 years’ experience On Site Management
