We are looking for a Chief Building Engineer for a brand-new, 24 story high-rise apartment building with retail space, in downtown Seattle. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in late January 2019. Apply now, start date negotiable!

The Chief Building Engineer will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance efforts of the building, including HVAC, electrical, condensing system, and the domestic hot water system. The Chief Building Engineer will also supervise a team of maintenance technicians, will oversee contractors, perform general management duties, and ensure all efforts meet AVB’s operational & safety standards in addition to any applicable laws and regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance manager or chief engineer in property management, building services, or hospitality. Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience overseeing multiple direct reports in the maintenance/engineering function.

• $80k-$100k annual salary with bonus potential, D.O.E
