E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We are currently seeking a superb customer service, sales oriented individual to work at our 386 unit apartment community located in Camarillo, CA.  As the Resident Services Specialist you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling maintenance requests, participating and helping with resident activities, assisting with lease renewal programs, leasing apartments, completing leasing paperwork, conducting market surveys, and all other areas of resident retention and customer service.  If you are motivated, have an outgoing personality, possess excellent organization and phone etiquette skills send us your resume.  We want to hear from you!  
Qualified candidates must have computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, and one year of direct customer service, sales, or apartment industry experience. YARDI and Excel knowledge of spreadsheets preferred. Apartment leasing experience preferred but a strong history of retail sales would also be considered.
