On-Site Apartment Community Manager

We are looking to fill a full-time Resident Community Manager position for a lovely 100+unit building in South Orange County, that special someone who has leasing experience and is customer-service oriented. Could this be you???
Duties:
• Meets and greets prospective and current residents.
• Interacting with current and prospective residents.
• Inspects models and “market-ready” vacancies to ensure cleanliness.
• Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies.
• Handle all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs and thank you cards.
• Preparation of correspondence such as rent charges, eviction notices, collections, etc.
• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Conduct unit inspections.
• Maintain the safety and security of the apartment community at all times.
• Assist in planning resident events at the property.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Yardi Voyager experience required, RentCafe a plus
• Minimum of 2 years multi-unit housing property management
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Basic math proficiency required
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to details, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with future and current residents, providing exceptional customer service at all times, and handles all tenant issues in a professional manner
• Preserves and respects resident and applicant confidentiality
