Mobile Home Park Manager

Mutual Housing Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Home Park Manager. The Mobile Home Park Manager will collect rents and other receivables, coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance department, maintain all record keeping systems, manage marketing, and supervise/train staff. Good communication and resident skills is a must. The Manager must be familiar with the laws and regulations governing Mobile Home Park management and have minimum two years of experience managing mobile home communities.

This position is full time, offsite and with full benefits.
