Seeking a talented and dedicated Marketing Specialist!
Continental Properties Company, Inc. is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Marketing Specialist at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
This position works closely with others in the Marketing and Multifamily Operations Departments, including onsite Property Management teams to facilitate a wide variety of activities associated with digital and social media marketing. The position will have the opportunity to create awareness of our apartment communities via digital and traditional marketing channels, contributing directly to leasing success.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and will act as a marketing account executive to our onsite teams. They will be responsible for maintaining that relationship, as well as planning, executing, and following-up with campaign results via weekly calls and video conferences.
What you will do:
- Assist 15+ onsite teams with outreach marketing
- Help with reputation management for the Springs communities
- Social media posting and monitoring
- Property website maintenance and SEO
- Manage email nurturing campaigns
- Managing numerous blogs, including some editing, set-up, scheduling and social sharing
What we need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with an emphasis on digital marketing and/or social media
- Prior experience with social media or content marketing preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social media campaigns – including Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Twitter and other channels
- Above average understanding of basic content management systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- An ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while remaining organized and meeting deadlines
- Displays honesty, integrity, good character, trustworthiness and sound personal and business judgment
