E & S Ring Management is a leading property management company located throughout Southern and Northern California. We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and work at our at beautiful 168 unit apartment community located in Los Angeles, CA. As the Maintenance Tech II you will be responsible for efficiently performing all general apartment and property maintenance and assisting in meeting the property financial and occupancy goals.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including apartment turn-over, plumbing, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roofs, and life safety equipment. HVAC certified preferred. Must be available for weekend work, emergency service call duties, and must be able to function in a customer service environment. Must have own hand tools.
2 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 3 or more years in related fields. Computer skills desired.
