E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington.  We are seeking reliable and motivated individual to join our team as the Service Apprentice and work with us at our 966-unit apartment community located on the water of Marina del Rey, CA.  You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and commons areas, including but not limited to, guest suites, vacant apartment, walkways, laundry rooms, stairwells, garages and carports, offices, business center, fitness center and restrooms. Light maintenance duties may include changing light bulbs, painting, steam clean carpets and assisting in all other areas of apartment turn-over.  
 
Must be familiar with safe use of basic tools and chemicals, act and receive directions given orally or in writing, and able to function effectively in a customer service environment.
