Resident Apartment Manager

We are seeking a full time Apartment Manager to supervise an apartment community located in the city of Paramount, California. The employee is required to live on site. 

Responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service to our valued residents, scheduling and monitoring maintenance and leasing staff and vendors, collecting and posting rents, property inspections, leasing units, preparing and serving notices, and other management and administrative related duties.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years recent experience as manager of 80+ apartment units in the state of California is required. Knowledgeable in California Landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws, and basic property management forms.

Basic computer skills, organizational abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience in management software is required (Yardi experience preferred).
