Description
One Full-time position available in Playa Vista for a Maintenance Technician II. Will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for move-in and responding to service requests that may include plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry. Come join an amazing team!

Qualifications
Residential maintenance experience is required. Must be able to effectively communicate with Maintenance Manager, Community Business Manager, and residents. Need basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and a great attitude
