Continental Properties is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral member of our Human Resources and Talent Aquisition team, charged with delivering top talent and excellent service through the identification and assessment of skilled candidates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-oriented, fast paced and dynamic work environment.
What you will do:
- Partner with the team to understand needs for current and future openings
- Use a variety of tools to source, identify, screen and interview qualified candidates
- Present qualified candidates, communicating assessment of skills and job/culture fit to hiring managers
- Ensure an engaging and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Monitor success of job postings and hiring process and recommend improvements to meet the needs of the team
What we need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Two plus years of recruiting and sourcing experience required and a preference for high-volume or multifamily property management recruitment experience
- A proactive, self-starter with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- A customer service mindset, strong attention to detail, and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all job-related matters
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy, proficient with HR/ATS software and systems, comfortable in Microsoft Office and Outlook
