Maintenance and Inspection Services Tech

Action is seeking a Maintenance and Inspection Service Technician to support our portfolio of luxury high rise associations located in the city of San Francisco.

This role provides routine, scheduled preventative maintenance to condominium units.  The services provided are designed in accordance with the unit maintenance manual and will help to prevent unnecessary and untimely repairs.

This person will travel within the market and visit various properties on a scheduled basis.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, on call 24/7 for emergencies.

This is a full time, hourly role.
