Our rapidly growing company is seeking a Project Manager within the Enterprise Technology Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful execution of technology projects. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the creation, validation, and oversight of project budgets and resources.
Education
College degree in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a Project Manager within the Enterprise Technology Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful execution of technology projects. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the creation, validation, and oversight of project budgets and resources.
- Evaluates project objectives relative to company business and technology landscape to ensure appropriate alignment and planning
- Defines the scope of projects in collaboration with the project sponsor and key stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met
- Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Manages the continuous coordination of and communication with project stakeholders via meetings, presentations, reports and other means
- Conduct risk analysis and develops appropriate risk response strategies
- Builds, leads, and coaches multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
- Oversees and coordinates with external or internal project managers in a supplemental capacity on projects where necessary
- Seeks opportunities to improve productivity, cost containment and improve project performance
Education
College degree in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to foster internal and external relationships
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise effective solutions in the moment
- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks, responding effectively to competing needs
- Strong team leadership and customer service skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
