Qualifications and Duties
*High School Diploma
*Clear Credit and Background Check
*Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
*Professional dress and demeanor
*Strong office skills
*Heavy phones
*Filing
*Tenant interaction
*Accounting skills
*Two years Property Management experience, training will be provided
*Follow all Federal Fair Housing laws, landlord tenant laws and state rental laws
*Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
*Ability to verify Application documents, obtain Applicant qualification documents for Property Manager approval
*Prepare appropriate maintenance requests for maintenance team
*Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments
*Ability to multitask
*Help with advertising and marketing to local businesses
*Must be available to work Saturdays
*Excellent oral and written communication skills, spelling and grammar
*Physical activity required for touring apartments and the community
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Basic math, accounting skills
*Acute attention to detail
*Ability to manage priorities and workflow
*Ability to understand and follow through on written and verbal instruction from Property Manager and off site management
