eLearning Specialist
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will design and develop online training resources to support professional development and operations training requirements of the organization. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, collaborate to research and analyze complex business problems with subject matter experts, determine training goals, method of delivery, and present the content to the learner in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop online training resources such as eLearning tutorials, simulation-based training, short videos, and job aids that are directly aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to build the appropriate training solutions.
- Identify and incorporate the most effective practices in training delivery, including performance-based learning, gamification, and social and peer learning.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the existing training by continually measuring and improving the learning experiences.
- Post and maintain training modules on the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing and developing online training resources and measuring the effectiveness of the training.
- Experience designing and developing job aids, facilitator guides, visual aids, documentation, etc.
- Experience using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline and other Adobe products.
- Experience with e-learning frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and CCAF.
- Knowledge and use of eLearning technical standards (SCORM, AICC).
