Bookkeeper
Kansas City, MO
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for bank and credit card reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable duties, general ledger reconciliation, checking and verifying invoices as well as analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices. This role will also prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules, prepare journal entries, excel budget worksheets and other reports as needed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Ability to learn new software accounting system
- Must be proficient in Word, and Excel
- Property management and Yardi software experience
