Overview
As our Regional Facilities Manager you will provide direct service support for the assigned region of properties by implementing and monitoring company initiatives, policies and procedures and mentoring/supporting on-site personnel, in regards to property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of operations and capital budgets and five year forecasts
- Implement and monitor operation and capital expense programs
- Implement and monitor the Community's Operations and Maintenance Program
- Develop RFP's, assistance with bid analysis, and project management
- Assist in Community due diligence and preparation of reports for fee clients, company acquisitions, and Community takeovers
- Training of onsite maintenance staff for site-specific concerns and general training
- Oversee Community environmental safety programs
- Conduct site visits on a regular basis
- Maintain and train the maintenance staff
- Evaluate and work with on-site team and Regional Manager to correct any deficiencies issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BA preferred
- Previous management experience in multifamily maintenance
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills
