On-Site Property Manager

Looking for an experienced On-site Property Manager for 62 unit building 

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Maintains property consistent with the standard defined for Aszkenazy Development Inc. 
Conducts general cleaning of the building and common grounds to maintain exceptional curb appeal
Physically walks and inspects property on a regular basis

Issues appropriate notices when necessary; late payments, evictions notices, returned check notifications, etc

Takes proactive approach to controlling turnover and maximizing resident retention
Coordinates rehabs with maintenance department and outside vendors
Ensures that an inspection with residents occurs at move-in/move out when applicable
Conduct frequent inspections/ walk throughs of vacant apartments to evaluate work to be performed

Weekly Reports
Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by his/her property supervisor
Acts to proactively ensure his/her knowledge in the areas of housing regulations and best practices in property management are up to date
Attends meetings as requested
Exceptional Tenant Relation Skills

Coordinate and host Resident Events and Monthly Newsletters

Enforces House Rules and regulations
Excellent verbal communication skills and professional appearance as position interacts with residents clients and vendors
Proven ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management

*Maintenance Experience a Plus

Required to live On-Site in provided 1 Bedroom Apartment 

Required to be On-Call for weekday evenings for emergencies only(Monday-Thursday) and every fourth weekend.

Part-time (Office Hours from 8am-1pm Monday - Friday)
