Multifamily Operations Coordinator

Seeking a talented and dedicated Multifamily Operations Coordinator!
Continental Properties is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as the Multifamily Training Coordinator at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
This position works closely with multiple areas within the Multifamily Operations department to complete critical property management functions offsite in support of our onsite operations tasks and responsibilities. This position requires an understanding of all operational deadlines to maintain efficient workflow onsite.
What you will do:
- Support onsite efforts of auditing resident account ledgers, focusing on credit balances to ensure all applicable fees were charged
- Conduct lead follow-up and set onsite prospect appointments for new communities, within two weeks of trailer opening
- Complete community mini-audits, both system settings (behind the scenes) and functional/technical usage
- Manage business license and permit tracking for portfolio and conduct research of same for new markets and communities
- Facilitate order and shipment of standard community items for new lease-ups
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- One to two years of applicable (onsite multifamily property management) experience desired
- Knowledge of multifamily property operations software and operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. An unmatched work ethic with strong attention to details.
