We are currently searching for a Receptionist to work in a temporary assignment at our Regional Office in downtown Boston.
The Role
For an assignment duration of 3 months,the position requires a highly motivated professional to perform a wide range of administrative and project support tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Greeting guests, screening/directing calls, and coordinating with building security.
•Accepting all deliveries, preparing all outgoing UPS packages, arranging for courier services, and distributing mail.
•Making room reservations for meetings, ordering meals, and maintaining conference rooms.
•Ensuring the lunch room and copy room are tidy and fully stocked at beginning and end of day.
•Making folders and tabs for new files, archiving old files.
•Performing basic data entry, such as entering insurance certificates and expense reports.
•Assisting the Office Manager with various tasks, including ordering office supplies, coffee, and toner; reporting office maintenance issues; and providing basic IT assistance.
•Assisting various departmentswith projects as needed.

Requirements:
•High School diploma equivalent (GED)
•One year of administrative and/or customer service experience
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
