This Payment Services Specialist will be responsible for numerous payment related tasks. The right candidate will have an excellent focus on attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy. Payment related responsibilities may include payment processing, audit processing, account research, scanning and more.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 1-3 years of paymentposting, depositing and reconciliation.
• two years experience in a call center, shared services center, orfast paced officeoperations enviornment(preferred)
• strong Customer Service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong communication and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
• experience with data entry and excel required
• experience with accounting systems (preferred)
• the ability to multitask
• a high school diploma or equivalency (GED)
