Job Description
The IT Portal Analyst participates in the creation and development of the Company’s web presence by implementing and maintaining the design and content management for both property and corporate level websites and provides technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management Software platforms utilized by the Company.
Education
Website Management and/or equivalent experience is preferred. College degree in related field and/or equivalent experience in a like position is preferred.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations, develop and write training programs, procedures, and instructions, and to design and teach information systems programs and classes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and produce necessary communication materials.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using software used by the Company, computer operating systems, and database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs.
- Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of website and content management software, web design skills sufficient to edit HTML and JavaScript and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
