Maintenance and Custodian/Porter

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AND CUSTODIAN:  Los Angeles Property Management Company seeks for immediate hire for West Los Angeles area property.  Must have minimum 5 years property maintenance experience.  Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.  Technician will be responsible for CLEANING, REPAIRING, and MAINTAINING the 57-unit apartment community.  Full time hours between 7:30am - 6:00pm including weekends.  Will be on call for after-hours emergencies.  Excellent compensation and benefits.
